I recently wrote about Famous Books Which Began As Dreams. I’m continuing on that theme with today’s post, which features an Infographic on sleep found on disturbmenot.co.

Did you know that Napoleon slept only four hours a day or that Leonardo Da Vinci was a polyphasic (“siesta”) sleeper–i.e. he took several naps throughout his day, each lasting between 20 minutes and two hours? In fact, several famous people, from politicians and entertainers to writers and scientists, had bizarre sleeping habits, with many of them fighting insomnia and working through the night.
